At Janai Jewellery, we stand by the craftsmanship of our pieces and offer a 30-day return policy to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all official authentication certificates and packaging included.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team via email or our online portal to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and provide your order details.

  Secure Packaging

  Place your jewellery back into its original Janai presentation box and secure it within a padded shipping container to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Insured Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewellers verify the condition and authenticity of the piece, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
